Observable Expansion

The film examines in a testimonial way the excessive growth of the city through a cinematic registration of the Jicamarca Radio Observatory, an old structure built in 1960 for scientific purposes, over what was considered at the time the periphery of the city, and the inevitable impact of the demographic explosion has had in its operation, approaching it to a near obsolete state, completely changing the perception of the city and ultimately its magnitude.
