Transfiguration

Two persons covered by a black cloth, jump repeatedly in an extreme slow motion, in a synchronized pace, almost emulating a sex act, where their identities and genders are amalgamated. The piece is part of a study that focus on recovering the language of bodily gestures that inhabited a whole field of painting in the Renaissance period and particular codes of the Baroque.
